What about Sivir?

8.11 was a decent nerf for most ADCs, if not all ADCs, but one of them was hit just so much harder than anyone else. Sivir.

Her basic itemization was Essence Reaver, Infinity Edge and a Zeal item, mostly Phanton Dance or RFC. Therefore, the same itemization now costs 400 more gold. For a champion that was very dependent on those 3 items and was almost useless before them, taking even more time to get to that point is just ridiculous.

Apart from that, the biggest change she suffered is the ER change. It literally destroyed her. Instead of some decent 30% CDR and good mana regen, it's not an item that just doesn't fit her at all. She's only get to 60% crit with the same itemization, and she can't really make use of the reduced cooldowns, since her AS is low, and she doesn't need the AS boost it grants either, because she's not an AA champion as much.

Sivir currently desperately needs buffs. Her only viable keystone in FFW was nerfed so she needs compensation on that. She needs mana cost decreased, because right now, she struggles extremely hard on mana.

So, suggestions are: -Decrease her mana costs. Extremely important so that she can have some lane presence. -Remove the mana regen on her E and make use of that element with something different. Something like "if Sivir blocks an ability, she gets some CD refunds on her other spells".

At this point, just introduce another crit item that grants AD. Right now, it's only IE that does that. What about champions who don't want to buy a second zeal item? Sivir doesn't, Xayah doesn't. How are these champions supposed to itemize now? Buy extra AS that can make no real use of? Or stay at 60% crit chance and become F tier?
