Remember when defensive items were actually defensive?

Remember when guardian angel built out of armor and magic resist items and not out of bf sword and stasis (something that used to only be on AP items)? Guardian's used to be an item that only offered defensive stats. Now it's basically a 1up mushroom with offensive stats. Item is broken as fck and impossible to balance in it's current state. Remember when banshee's veil was a luxury magic resist item instead of an ap item? Remember when stasis was something that only mages could get? Now assassins are getting it and tower diving bot at level 2. What a fcked up game this is. I'm not saying this is the only problem with this game, but itemization is seriously messed up.
