Evelynn Rework Ability Speculations

##Passive:

When one enemy is near Evelynn with no other nearby enemies they will get charmed after a few seconds if they are in range of Evelynn.

When enemies are charmed their armor is reduced.

Note: Enemies have a ring around them potentially suggesting that they can be charmed every so often.

Slashes enemies in a cone area in front of her.

Note: it appears that if Evelynn casts this ability from the other wall, and flashes to kill someone with her R she is able to return to the casted area if she kills someone with her R.
