New Fizz is pretty bad.
He has the only skill shot mark in this game. Every other mark is a point and click, so if you dodge his chum the waters he literally does nothing for your team.

You're complaining that your low level spells, probably with no AP behind them, couldn't harass a champion who is notorious for her self sustain and probably had 3+ pots?
