What do you do as a jungler when u have like a brand or zyra mid and they rush liandrys into usualy rilais and voidstaff? getting a mr item doenst help cause they already eat through it but if i get damage ill die faster?
All of those champions use skill shots. Build full damage, and then have strong enough mechanics you don't get hit. This is where that whole "skill" aspect of the game comes in.
No but the real answer is that mathematically the counter to Mpen is ironically even more MR. It's obnoxious and frustrsting, but building more MR is still the most efficient way to counter Mpen.
not sure about brand, but zyra has very shitty ratio in her abilities so building more health should counter her hard. or just rush enough mr to the poimt where their magic pen is nearly meaningless.
it's honestly weird situation.
I have done Banshees rush after jg item before. Dodge one spell. Eat one for free and you can't die when you go in on them. Because you ate 50% of thier kit and are still full hp. Go in do work. take any cd's you get for it don't dive and die. Let laner clean up the advantage.
