Corki needs to be nerfed

Idk why you would buff such a dumb ass champion. He's the most overbearing piece of garbage there is every time he's meta. Impossible to itemize against and deals sustained burst. Just nerf this gnome already.

literally never played him in my life. I just love pointing out that whenever anybody complains about a champ on these forums, if you check their match history, there's a 90% chance they got their ass beat by said champion relatively recently.

This is because most people do not stick their noses into the balance state of a game all day, when they play matches and learn through several expiriences suddenly a red alarm rings in their head about said champion.

With the current Corki builds being heavily auto-attack reliant, item 3047 cut his damage pretty severely. Other than that, his auto attacks and abilities do mostly magic damage, so cut the "impossible to build against" shit.

While he is strong, he sits around 50% WR.

There are much more pressing issues with the meta right now than him.

It means that unless you are a tank, you cannot itemize fully against Corki's overall, or counter all of his strengths at once, plus the fact that you have other items to build depending on your role(apc,marksman,support,fighter) No matter what you build unless you equally buy defensive stats, cockroach will always have an advantage.

All of his abilities scale AP.

If you are having difficulties laning, grab some MR.

He's actually really easy to itemize against. He deals almost completely magic damage, so magic resist is how to counter that. Adaptive Helm is really strong against him since his damage mostly comes from auto and rocket spam and both are mostly magic damage. Randuin's and any other anti-auto/crit item also really help because you reduce his auto damage and the auto damage from his ADC, letting you itemize against both main carries.

He's really good right now, but saying he's hard to itemize against is kinda dumb.

Lemme just grab that on gp, zed, ahri, viktor or any other carry champ. I might survive him while my team has no dmg, good advice.

You can't grab a single non-damage item on these champs? Well then enjoy getting bursted. It's a burst or get burst world out there, isn't it? You remind me of these top lucian pickers that build full damage, but ignore PD and DD and then wonder "wow why do they kill me so fast" when our lineup has no frontline nor cc

If you're playing Zed and Corki is an issue to you, then that's more on your end than on Corki's, and yeah, you're right, Zed wouldn't build these, because he shouldn't have issues with Corki

If you're playing Ahri and you can't afford to grab a Zhonya, or deviate from your standard build and grab an Adaptive just to make yourself immune to Corki, then you better be good enough to burst the Corki down considering you're playing one of the most mobile mage-assassins in the entire god damn game

If you're playing GP and you think getting bursted is an issue, then how come you aren't the one bursting down people like the GP mains in diamond+ are? Sounds like a skill issue to me

If you're playing Viktor then yeah, you might be having some troubles with Corki, considering Viktor's pretty immobile as it is

Nah, build magic resist only against corki. Didn't they chance his autoattacks to deal 75% magical 25% physical from 50/50. And even at 50/50 his dmg output was largely more magical than physical

Edit: yep, just look at champion.gg it's 88.2% magical and 10% physical

They buffed him because he was bad. Just because YOU don't like him doesn't mean he should be stuck in the dumpster. Also, his last change made him EASIER to itemize against. Just build MR. He does like 90% magic damage.
