Can any yasuo mains who have been laying him for a long time add me or give me advice, lately I've been falling off with him and it's like I don't even know how to play him anymore. I'm not sure what lane he's better in this season nor what to build :/

Simple. Step 1 : Dont play Cancersuo Step 2: Repeat step one if you failed to complete it.

There's a few posts where plat/diamond yas players have been asking for a rework due to his shit ratios abilities and skills in this current season/meta.

To be completely honest, as a yasuo main, if rather he not be changed just because the meta Shifted.

Bruh, you're silver 4. Odds are, you didn't know how to play him to begin with. (Don't take it too hard, it's just a joke ;) )

To be honest, the most successful yasuo's I've seen are the ones that build enough to get full crit, maybe a BT or Mercurial scimitar, and then build straight tank afterward. Sterak's gage, Your choice of Randuin's, Banshee's, Dead Man's Plate, or Spirit Visage for maximum lifesteal cancer, and then just faceroll the squishies that can no longer kill you, and can't take your fucking disgusting 100% crit chance and make sure to top it off with a Malphite, because lord knows at this point we might as well give more people cancer than the Chernobyl disaster and Yasuo's ult can be triggered by someone so much as being tripped by a small rock so that, for a split second, their body isn't touching the ground.

Honestly, Yasuo is not as easy as everyone makes him out to be. This kind of build path only works when you have the gold for it, and if you do you're ahead. Any champion when ahead can mash their face on the keyboard and do well.

If you want my advice, pick up a new mid lane champion. Try someone notorious for being braindead easy. Annie, Lux, Leblanc, hell, even Veigar if you're feeling adventurous. And if you're playing Yasuo anywhere else, then there is anywhere between 33.3% to 50% of your problem.

Look up Trinimmortal. He's a youtuber with a pretty godly Yasuo. He's made a quite for him, and while it is a bit outdated (around middle of last season), it still has just about everything you need to start getting a better handle on him

He also has some really great comedy content

bring him top lane with a fast dancer build into full crit, you should have fun, watch your enemies cooldowns/ bait them and pick away once before E'ing back to minions

its hard to give you advice without seeing your playstyles

One thing that doesn't concern Yasuo only but must be kept in mind...

Yasuo can afford solo plays time to time but even then he needs a Team to back him up. He isn't a Talon/Zed/Rengar/Fizz that can go in, take a kill and get out. Even onf ed levels he will take double the time of other assassins to get his job done, his strenght comes into teamplay tools and he must capitalize on that.

The problem with taking Yasuo top is that he doesn't have great sustained damage, which is what is best for taking out tanks. If a tank decides to play super safe, you don't be able to farm up and dive him, leaving you in a stalemate top. Unless you roam, you're not going to get a lot of kills with Yas top.

Not to mention Yas doesn't have a lot of damage by himself unless he's fed. His knockup is kind of slow and unreliable, his ult isn't exactly a tank-buster move, and generally, once a tank starts building armor, your job is going to get exponentially more difficult. This also leaves a gap in your team comp; tops are usually tanky to make sure that there's at least one tank on the team. If your jungler only knows how to jungle assassins like Yi and Rengar, you're kinda boned because tank supports can sometimes be lacking... especially tank blitz. He clearly has trouble tanking, and idk why. Maybe it's his base stats/scaling. shrugs

Anyway, yas top is a very niche role/champion combination. I can only recommend it if your jungler is going tank, or unless you have one of those hyper-tank supports like Braum down in bot lane. Otherwise, you team comp is going to be way too light, and lack sustain with a squishy AD assassin top.

The later half of this video has tips on how to beat Yasuo. He's not the greatest Yasuo player in the world, but if you've seen him play Yasuo then you'll know he understands the champion very well.
