Thinking about starting a new account

So I ended last season at bronze 4 I fucking sucked when I started this season and of course got placed low because of it! Tank my MMR so bad that it took me all season just to get out of bronze 5 literally played I say my placements 7 times a lot of bad luck afks was still a thing and some intentionally feeding! Anyways I think I can easily place silver. I know that chances are come next season after the reset probably going to be back in Bronze 5 so I'm curious should I just start a new account and redo my original placements would that be easier than trying to grind back out! My MMR was horrible I was about 60 games more lost than wins like it was bad seriously bad. Took me awhile too; I've climbed dramatically in more wins than losses like for example I've come to having less than 20 more losses than wins, so I've climb quite a bit, in fact I'm winning currently I think 65% of my matches but my mmr sucks so bad I think it'll be a long time before I'm out considering I don't have all day to play games being an adult an all, so should I start a new account? And if I do saying at max I play 5 maybe 6 games and my lowest being 1 game a day, how long would it take me to get to level 30 and ranking? Compare that to how long it'll take me to get to silver with my piss poor mmr as of now!

First off: Paragraphs. God damn.

Should you start a new account? For the purposes of ranked play: No. Starting a new account and leveling it to 30 takes a horrible, ridiculous amount of time or a lesser but still ridiculous amount if you spend money. And you will do this to get an account with more disadvantages in ranked than the one you have already.

For the massive time sink that will take you would be better off learning and improving your play. Instead of spending 200+ awful, mismatched games trying to level an new account you would be better off spending those 200+ games getting better.

Could you place in Silver? Yeah, it's possible; Silver was supposed to be the starting point. (although everyone is getting placed in Bronze nowadays). But even if you were placed in Silver:

** You will not stay there and you will go back to Bronze** if you do not win games at the required level. And that required level of play is also the level it takes to get to Silver from Bronze. So it would be far better to cut out the extra work and just play because low level Bronze games are going to be the easiest games you will ever be placed in.

It's easier to climb than attempt to game the system with this attempt that won't even conceptually work.
