Aatrox, the Darkin Blade Main Role: Skirmisher Secondary Role: Diver Health- 610 (+90 per level) Health Regen.- 4 (+0.7 per level) Armor- 28 (+3.5 per level) Magic Resist- 32.1 (+1.25 per level) Movement Speed- 355 Attack Damage- 52 (+3 per level) Attack Speed- 0.67 (+3.5% per level) Attack Range- 200 (Melee)

Passive- Origin of War Innate: Aatrox is constantly driven to massacre those near him, causing him to gain 5% increased Attack Damage, 4/5/6% Life Steal, and 2/5/8% bonus Attack Speed for every nearby enemy champion. Allied units that witness his onslaught are inspired to perform similar acts of brutality, causing them to be healed for 1/1.5/2% of the damage they deal for every enemy unit that Aatrox kills near them for 10 seconds, stacking up to 8 times for a total of 8/12/16% of damage dealt as healing. Levels: 1/7/13 Aura Range: 1000

Ability 1- Eternal Conflict Active: Aatrox inflicts terror into the hearts of his opponents by brutally slaughtering his target with his next basic attack in the next 4 seconds, causing the basic attack to deal 10/30/50/70/90 (+30/35/40/45/50% bonus AD) bonus physical damage. This bonus damage is increased by 1% for every 1% of his total health Aatrox is missing. If the target dies within 1.5 seconds of being damaged by this enhanced attack, their corpse will fuel Aatrox's blade, causing him to regain the health cost of this ability and gain 6/8/10/12/14 bonus attack damage for the next 6/7/8/9/10 seconds. This stacks indefinitely and refreshes when Aatrox kills another enemy unit with this enhanced attack. If this attack kills multiple units during Living Blade, Aatrox gains the bonus attack damage from every unit killed. Cost: 4/5/6/7/8% current health Cool Down: 5/4.75/4.5/4.25/4 seconds

Ability 2- Dark Flight Active- Out of Combat: Aatrox lifts himself into the air for 3 seconds, revealing himself in the fog of war if there are enemies within 1750 units of him and becoming untargetable. This ability can be reactivated after a 0.5 second delay to slam down into the target large area, causing enemies within to be eviscerated and take 25/50/75/100/125 plus 3/5/7/9/11% (+1% per 70 bonus AD) of their current health as physical damage and be slowed by 55/60/65/70/75% for 2.5 seconds. The cool down of this ability is reduced by 10% for every enemy champion hit. Active- In Combat: Aatrox briefly floats into the air before slamming down into the target location, causing nearby enemies to take 60/100/140/180/220 (+75% bonus AD) physical damage and be knocked briefly into the air for 0.25 seconds. Aatrox is healed by 4/5/6/7/8 (+3% bonus AD) health for each enemy hit, increased to 20/25/30/35/40 (+15% bonus AD) health against enemy champions. If used while in combat, the cool down of this ability is reduced by 80%. Cost: 4/5.5/7/8.5/10% current health Cool Down: 90/75/60/45/30 seconds Out of Combat Range: 1250 Out of Combat AoE Radius: 450 In Combat Range: 600 In Combat AoE Radius: 125

Ability 3- Enrage Active: The target enemy champion is sent into a fit of rage for the next 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, causing them to take 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3% (+0.25% per 70 bonus AD) of their current health as true damage every 0.5 seconds for a maximum of 8/11.25/15/19.25/24% (+1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% per 70 bonus AD) of their current health as true damage. Damaging Aatrox with a basic attack or spell, only occurring once per spell cast by the enemy, during this time will reduce the remaining duration of this ability by 0.5 seconds. While an enemy is afflicted with this spell, Aatrox will cleanse himself from all crowd control currently affecting him every time the afflicted enemy takes damage from the spell. Enrage is immediately removed if Aatrox dies during the duration. Cost: 6/7/8/9/10% current health Cool Down: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds Range: 500

Ultimate- Living Blade Active: Aatrox's blade's true strength is unleashed, causing Aatrox's basic attacks to deal damage to everyone in a cone in the direction of his target for the next 5 seconds. During this time, Aatrox gains 200 increased attack range and if Aatrox takes fatal damage, the fatal damage will be negated and Aatrox will enter Stasis for 3 seconds, during which he will regain 25/30/35% of his maximum health over the duration. Upon exiting the Stasis, Aatrox takes 25% reduced damage for 1 second and the remaining duration of Living Blade is refreshed. Aatrox can only be revived in such a way once per cast of this ability. Cost: 10/12.5/15% current health Cool Down: 170/155/140 seconds Cone Width: 500

I wanted to try and make Aatrox a typical Skirmisher with a need to dive into the enemy team to gain the maximum number of offensive power he needs. Origin of War causes allies near Aatrox to become inspired by Aatrox's brutality, causing them to gain omni-vamp. Aatrox also gains increased offensive stats for being near a large number of enemy champions, encouraging him to get into the thick of the fight and shred through his enemies. Eternal Conflict makes Aatrox especially good if he can chain kills in fights on anything near him, potentially granting him an insane amount of attack damage to slice through his enemies with. The new Dark Flight is especially good at getting Aatrox where he needs to be. If used out of combat to initiate a fight, Aatrox will perform an extremely long range dash after a short delay and then absolutely obliterate his opposition upon landing, dealing damage largely based on a percentage of their current health. If used in combat, it is a decently short cool down gap closer that allows Aatrox to constantly disrupt the enemy back line in order to land him kills. Enrage is another new spell in Aatrox's arsenal that practically forces someone to attack Aatrox or take a decently large amount of damage. Not only this, but not quickly cleansing Enrage from yourself will cause Aatrox to become as immune to crowd control as you can get without being completely immune, causing him to cleanse crowd control affecting him every time someone takes damage from Enrage. This means that whoever has Enrage on them wants to quickly deal damage to Aatrox or suffer a terrible fate. Finally, we come to the cherry on this bloody cake: Living Blade. This is Aatrox's new ultimate that is somewhat similar to the old one. No longer a burst damage ability with a steroid to boot, it is instead a steroid that causes Aatrox's basic attacks to deal AoE damage in a cone around his target as well as gain bonus attack range, like the old ultimate. What makes this different is instead of the initial burst damage and attack speed boost, Aatrox instead gains his old passive during every single one of his ultimates, causing him to revive and then temporarily gain a small amount of damage reduction afterwards. Furthermore, upon being revived, the duration of Living Blade is reset and the slaughter begins again.

Aatrox benefits from extended fights that allow him and his team to gain the maximum benefits of his passive. A truly team defining champion, Aatrox could bring about new strategies based around Deathballs to breath some new, unique life into the game. Thoughts and opinions?

It seems pretty good, but the lack of ranged poke will hurt him a bot, and the true damage he deals isn't going to work out. I like that his ability's scale of missing health, his sword is brought more into focus. However, I feel his passive is convoluted, and if indeed was that strong, would force him to lose a bit of power from the rest of his kit.

the 1st ability is too strong... especially if u intend to make it stack indefinitely.. it should refund the costif it kills the target and aatrox should get attack speed and not ad. this will balance it out more and make him a much better 1v1 champ. also the 3rd ability wont work... like its too op
