his damage got cut from the rework, and then cut again after because it was too much for how much CC he has now his healing got nerfed, too, because his old ult could drop more blobs for him, because it was too much for how much CC he has now

And now, after he started out trash, he's back to being trash, and we see another champion doomed to post-rework hell, because Riot won't admit they botched the rework and have rendered him unbalanceable for as long as it takes for them to realize his CC is the problem
