And by fun and useful I mean completely unplayable vs. any sort of assassin. Really enjoying enemy Lissandra 100 to 0'ing me with no counterplay because lol immobile caster with no survivability or CC.

liss should take your harass and you should be out of range of her, and if you see that big *** E of hers on its way in, you can simply walk away from it.

its your own fault not knowing lissandras range, and on top of that, she has no sustain unless she ults herself now, so you should be really safe against her.

you should've focused on wave clear and just waited for a gank.

and when you learn to time vel koz' E knockup, its quite easy to get away and back to tower.

How do you lose to Lissandra as Vel'Koz? You outrange her by spades. If anything her life should be pure misery against you.

If Vel'Koz had mobility or more safety than he would be utterly broken. He isn't meant to have safety, he is meant to deal metric fucktons of damage against the enemies if he manages to position properly.
