when you enter a bush , a poro is summoned if an enemy comes to the bush they will scare it away.. ok so?

The poro provides vision.
I don't know how this works exactly, but it sounds decent. I assume it's a lesser rune, not one of the top tier ones. But free wards whenever you enter a bush (I assume with a cooldown) sounds pretty nice.
