How do you play against lee jungle as kindred?

The story of my life against lee as kindred is this:

Lee goes in my jungle
he looks for me
he finds me
i die
repeat steps 1-4 ??? profit

and considering i picked up kindred just today and have been countered IN BLIND PICK 3 games in a row im tilting super hard

Can someone help me please?

Ward your jungle better?

Oh wait, you can't, 'cuz Vision was nerfed hard this preseason.

You outscale Lee lategame anyways. Mark Squishies with your hunt, encourage teammates to ward and use pings to let you know where Lee is, and gank on opposite side. Lategame, your %HP damage will skyrocket, popping him like the Fragile little balloon that he, and Lee Mains Egos, truly are

I always see Kindred to do this to other junglers.

Late game is like 20 minutes and lee will still beat my ass LOL. I guess the best idea would just to buy pick wards, oh wait you can only have one on the map <.<
