Another thread on galio's upcoming relaunch.

I don't know what riot has planned however:

While I may say the only things about galio I love are his ranged poke, W and R entirely, I also love his way of speeding up allies and slowing enemies.

So I had a few thoughts and I wondered what if galio has his mana resource removed and instead had this special resource a player would manage kinda like rumble's heat.

When this resource is above 50% his abilities slows enemies but while below speeds up allies. I have no idea what the resource would be tied to but I would propose fusing his w and ulti together but giving him a different utility skill on W to buff allies or himself and since the idea of speeding up and slowing enemies would be his new passive it would open up new ranged skills for Q and E.
