Why all the armor pen?
It seems like half of the AD champions in the game, either have some form of armor pen/shred , mixed damage, and/or % max HP.
Not including the better options purchasing armor pen.
Yet there are only a hand full of AP champions with MR pen/shred.
Then your only option for % MR pen is
Seriously, it's ridiculous how well full AD teams can manage, riding on the fact that most non-marksmen AD champions have some method of getting around armor.
