Legendary++ skins?
That's hilarious. And tbh I wouldn't mind.

I hope you realized that you just compared an "Ultimate" skin to a Champ and a Legendary skin. That doesn't make it any better. The thing about teach Ultimate's release is that they did something NEW at the time. Pulsefire Ezreal pioneered the idea of what an Ultimate Skin is. The entire character changed, from animations, effects, sounds, to it's overall lore. Take that and couple it with an entire story event and a subtle design switch on a button press and you have Spirit Guard Udyr. Throw in some music and a new feature allowing people on your team to hear your music AND an adjustable soundtrack and there's DJ Sona. Elementalist Lux featured an evolution mechanic as a sort-of mini-game that added a new level of gameplay feel to the character-changing aspect that Pulsefire Ezreal introduced which included like 10 or so skins in one.
What makes Ultimate Skins what they are is that they introduce new mechanics in some way. You may think Gun Goddess MF is ok as is but Riot's already conceded that it's not. There are so many things that the skin could add. My first thought was that since she's a bounty hunter, she'd have in-game quests that when completed would allow her access to different suit enhancements, and which quests you take would determine which Exosuit enhancements you receive. Unlike the last Ultimate Skin, it's not the gained experience that changes the character but your decisions as a player and the quests. Something similar yet with new features; That's how Ultimate Skins usually become.
