Lethality runes are one of the things that Riot never actually fixed when they buffed lethality. Being able to take 24 full lethality from just quints and marks easily made them the best possible runes available in the game.

Now a champion like Talon will actually have to buy lethality if he wants his Q to do 65% of your HP after his first back, instead of being able to buy a Maw first back and still get the full effect of lethality stacking.

Ya lethality is pretty stupid. i get it on Jayce and midgame I do around true damage with E Q combo with just ghostblade and nights veil.
