update on the game, I don't know, it's pretty good but my adc was being a bitch because she didn't get a penta and afk'd in fountain.
and she was an adc main to boot suprise suprise...
TheFallenShaw1 votesabysmal amps ap delt by 10% while target is within a certin range, so yes and no. depending on how far they are from you. This is also the reason alot of ap champions staple the item. It gives MR HP CDR% and amps their damage. Hard to argue with that combo in one item.
