Can we address Caitlyn?

Rework, Visual Update, Ability Update, just anything.

Caitlyn's lore states her parents gave her a rifle because she wanted to lower the crime in Piltover. Caitlyn is notorious for having the highest attack range in the game. Caitlyn's abilites scream for her to make distance between the enemy and herself to pick them off. Caitlyn gains massive attack range when against a target she impaired. Caitlyn get a free modified crit on every sixth shot.

So please tell me why Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover; is making nothing but attack speed?

I want to play Caitlyn like how she should and the only item you gave to do that was Stormrazor. Why is a sniper shooting 2.5 bullets per second AND dealing massive headshot damage? Shouldn't it be massive headshot damage and a very low attack speed? Like maybe buff Caitlyn's critical strike damage multiplier but severely lower her base attack speed?

It's been hurting my soul ever since I've started playing this game.

She's not overpowered, she not bad. She's a completely okay champion, but I just don't feel right when the sniper is shooting a rifle like it's a minigun.
