Suggestion For Updating Wukong's Passive

I like the potential behind Wukong's decoy, but the way it's designed at this point in time I believe it's very non interactive. With the way the ability itself is, Wukong mostly uses his Decoy to escape after using his abilities to trade on enemies (which is fairly boring). So I suggest this, how about moving Wukong's decoy to his passive instead of his ability? Something more along the lines of this:

Passive: Decoy

After every 4th ability Wukong damages an enemy with his next ability or basic attack on an enemy champion leaves behind a decoy of himself which will attempt to attack the nearest enemy champion dealing 5 per level (+60% AP) magic damage. The decoy will also mimic Wukong's basic abilities dealing half of the damage (of the ability).

Wukong's passive then can be moved around to his 2nd ability, tied to his passive Decoys, so that he has to put in some effort to scale (instead of auto gaining 40 Armor / Magic Resist late game in fights). His damage from the old decoy AoE can then be put on himself (which can also be replicated by the Decoy), which will reward Wukong more for close combat.

Example:

2nd Ability (W): Stone Skin

Passive: Each time one of Wukong's Decoys damages an enemy champion with a mimic'd ability Wukong gains an addition 2.5 Armor and Magic Resist, up to a maximum of 50 Armor and Magic Resist.

Active: Wukong blinks a short distance and vanishes for 1.5 seconds. After the invisibility ends, Wukong performs an attack in a circular motion around himself dealing 15/25/35/45/50 (+2.5% Armor)(+2.5% Magic Resist) magic damage.

I have been playing wukong a lot recently, and really like this. The w active should just be a Blink though. But a Wukong update that lets him scale better or have a higher skill-cap would be nice.

The idea behind the W was to pretty much leave the ability intact, it's only slightly different than what Wukong already has. His little 100 range dash just isn't very noticeable because it's about the range of a melee auto attack. Basically just take the decoy off W and make Wukong himself the source of the damage instead of the Decoy (for a better explanation).
