There need to be more mechanisms to stopping a single lane from sabotaging the entire game

Just won bottom lane 3-1-1 as Jhin. Meanwhile, our jungle and mid lane are feeding their asses off, and the enemy team has a 10-2 Vladimir with a stacked Mejai.

There is no way for me to translate my advantage and outplay him. He is literally able to kill me in 0.3 seconds, because he's so fed.

The recent patch did absolutely nothing to improve this situation, regardless of implying it was a goal to stop winning lanes from translating directly to winning the game; the additional bounty gold is useless, because you can't actually kill these champions when they're this ahead, which is what happens to someone in 9/10 games.

This needs to be fixed.
