Removing Ashe's burst potential is a huge problem for her.

been playing a little bit of Ashe after the rework, and I must say I'm very underwhelmed... sure I can kill tanks a LOT better late game, but it removes a very key component of Ashe's threat in lane and also one of her fundamental way of dissuading divers: An ult followed up by a FOR sure IE shiv crit. the sheer burst of her old passive meant that you could catch people off-guard in lane by hard engaging as soon as you appear in lane and force a kill or at least force people out of lane, snowballing your advantage. It also meant that a potential diver needed to take care of you because you could shove burst in his face. The new ashe doesn't have that opportunity because most of her damage comes from an ability that you need to stack slows before you can access. meaning burst trades are really really hard to pull off. And seeing as Ashe's greatest selling point is pick potential and midgame snowballing, burst is what she NEEDS.

I noticed you didn't build item 3142 for her. That's a problem.

Wait a minute...let me get this straight...you had item 3031 and item 3087 and you were still in lane phase?...

nope, in lane it's jut the crit (maybe with IE) that is useful, but you'll note that i also mentioned something that tends to happen AFTER laning phase ;)
