How come Graves has 345 base movespeed?
He has more movespeed than Darius and Garen and is ranged.

shortest range adc needs to get to their target somehow, also doesn't build 
which gives those guys far more ms then graves, especially garen. if you were going to use any example of a highly mobile champion with high ms then look at fking 
Probably because he has cooldowns to his fucking auto attacks.
