did leaverbuster actually ever get that fix?

idk if this is still a problem but hear me out (all named numbers will be made up as example)

imagine every time you leave a game you get 1 leavebuster point LBP. if you have 10 LBP you get your first 5x5min lower priority Q.

the problem im asking about is this. if you disconnect from a game (you now got +1 LBP) and then you reconnect, but because you have some internet problems going on you disconnect again (NOW YOU HAVE +2LBP) you get several LBPs for the same game.

did riot ever fix this? because this is the reason why i NEVER reconnect to a game if i ever DC. because why would i? theres always the risk of me dcing again in the same game. and if this happens enough times i actually get a leavebuster over literally 1 game. if its not one of my promo games, i'd never reconnect.

so did riot ever fix this? no matter how many times you disconnect in ONE game, it still counts as only ONE GAME afked. and not as disconnected 20+ times = leavebuster penalty.
