Been playing since Season 3 and I've never seen the notification... guess I need to put in a ticket to Riot letting them know the notification is broken, because I've never seen it.
Kazaashi1 votesOhhhhhh, there is a message that tells you when you are reported. I don't think I've ever seen one of those.
On topic: saying things like "This game is boring" lowers your team's moral and can be seen as toxic by other players. I generally go with the Bambi rule in my games, If I can't say something nice (or constructive), I don't say anything at all.
