Something as strong as Neeko's ult should be interruptable by CC.

Just played a Lulu game where I ulted a Neeko who started her ult, I polymorphed her. Then I died to her ult. With it's scaling, her ability to move while casting it, the self shield, and the fact that it's a stun too, it should be able to be interrupted if stunned or silenced.
