Why is no one talking about how towers and structures literally destroy themselves in clash?

It seems the game apparently wasn't snowbally enough this season for Riot. Now they've created a mode where your turrets and other structures will literally destroy themselves if the game goes long enough. In addition to this, clash isn't free to play, since you need a ticket to enter. This game is going to fail epicly. They've taken everything people hate about LOL in it's current state and made it a million times worse.

Because that doesn't happen until 60 minutes into the game, and the game will end by 70 minutes.

I don't think anyone has a problem with this because, we know that some team out there would literally play the games out to max timer if possible.

Its not a matter of when it will happen, its a matter of when it will happen.

No one in that bracket wants to wait an hour for one team that is trolling everyone. and upward of 2 hours. To play 3 games. Totaling a time of like three to four hours.

I wouldn't do this myself, but I know some friends that have already tried. So. Yeah.

How relevant is it going to be? Tell me how often will games even last that long? It's literally a fail safe measure to stop teams from just trolling and extending the game to ridiculous levels. Who wants to finish their match and then have to wait for such stupid amounts of time just to get into the next game? The ones who will have an advantage in that situation is the people trolling since there is a good chance that their next opponents might have to drop out due to them not being able to play for much longer or are going to be anxious and not in the right state of mind since they have to be ready to play so they cannot be doing certain things.

Games have to end for teams to progress, it's bracket play. If there are 60 teams, no one should have to wait for some derps that couldn't end a game by 60 min, let alone 29 other teams.

TL;DR if you can't end a game by 60 min you deserve to lose anyway.

Apparently that doesn't prevent you from experimenting long ass games.

Now they've created a mode where your turrets and other structures will literally destroy themselves if the game goes long enough.

That's not specific to Riot, a LOT of tournaments in different games are limiting the duration of a round. Because you're in a bracket, with other players, and while you're enjoying your vibe for a full hour, your next opponents might have ended their game in less than 20 minutes and the remaining time, they are waiting for your result. They can't do anything but wait because they have to be ready as soon as you end your game. Also, they don't want games to end at 2am, people have personal lives so that can be unpractical.

In addition to this, clash isn't free to play, since you need a ticket to enter.

They have a Blue Essence cost as well. You don't have to pay with real money. Free-to-play doesn't mean you'll have 100% of the content right away, some are gated by grinding or time spent on the game. That's kinda what makes people play for a long time: parallel to the long learning curve, you have side goals like unlocking a champion or missions.

This game is going to fail epicly.

There are still stability issues at least on EUW server, so a good start would be a fully working mode before addressing other minor problems.

They've taken everything people hate about LOL in it's current state and made it a million times worse.

Yeah, promoting premade gameplay to fully experiment the team experience and cooperation that should be a core aspect of the game, what are they thinking?... Rewarding players for showing team performance instead of having to play autonomous champions with high damage in soloQ, what are they doing?... I hate when I can plan events with my friends and have the good time playing in a group...
