This ladies and gentleman is how you deal with smurfs

You give everyone a separate queue where if your as low as bronze you can face higher ranked players up to challenger while wins and losses does not affect your ranked MMR or LP but you do gain bonus IP or rewards for whooping a team with a higher rank than you. Pretty much a David and Goliath concept. Since smurfs like to go and rampage on lower elo, this would clinch they're thirst sorta speak. Now i have 2 sub choices for the queue itself:

• Classic
• Mentor

lets say your bronze. When you queue as classic your whole team will be all the same division as you. (all bronze in this case.) Classic is for people who straight up want a challenge, anyone who thinks they can beat a diamond or plat when there like sliver or gold.

Mentor would be for example your sliver but 1 person outta all the other slivers would be a much higher division so like from plat 4 - challenger. Mentor is for people who want to improve and have a guide among them. The mentor will always be the highest ranked player on the team and acts as a mentor and guide for his comrades. If your already in a higher elo when you choose mentor mode you would typically be placed with 4 others that are much lower in MMR (all bronze, sliver. gold depending how high ur MMR is.) Mentor teams can only VS other Mentor teams so both teams would have a mentor.
