How about you don't rework teemo?

So currently Warwick and Galio are on the rework list for riot which means that teemo, who is also desperate for a rework, won't be getting one soon. Plus urgot and Evelyn are waiting too. I just think that his passive AS should be changed to something that gives more burst and his W should have increase MS or something. I really do think if not a rework teemo should get something that helps him outside lane. Like i really really want to play with him but i get too much toxic from allies saying "he is useless" and etc and regardless of how many of you think he is a lane bully but he is not. I repeat he is not. You may need to consider ryze, jayce, quinn, swain, kennen, gnar and etc ( you may disagree). I seriously can't wait for him to be viable again bc the only other role i have is to play supp and i am kinda fed up of the ARAM style gameplay that happens bot lane every single damn game! Many teemo players are fed up of how shtty he currently is, even the platinum players would agree which i am sure are diminishing.
