And run the cdr masteries and full cdr per level glyphs while you're at it. 40% cdr 
is honestly kinda broken. Why? Burnout has a 12 second CD and can last up to 7 seconds. Burnout with 40% CDR has a 7.2 second CD. You can figure out the rest on your own.

ItsStout1 votesHydra doesn't really have synergy with her kit at this point. Her 1 AD ratio (since Q is more of an AA reset and scales of total AD and applies on hit effects and scales with AS...) is really low so the AD isn't worth as much as the AS and passive from BotRK.
