Why is CertainlyT employed again
every champ he makes is
absolutely broken (hotfixed zyra) oppressive to lane against has minimal counterplay

CertainlyT has only made four champions by himself, and collabed two others. I'm not counting if they were problematic or undertuned at release because that has happened to nearly every champion. (Like Rek'sai, Bard, or Aatrox...)
Solo-Champs
Darius - Super oppressive, but has tons of weaknesses and isn't that popular. He isn't in a good spot and even needs a rework for how lackluster his kit is.
Thresh - Tons of CC, super compatible support, but has plenty of counters and opportunities to harass and bully him. Considerably his most viable healthy champion.
Yasuo - A late game monster in solo-duels, but this is a team game. Right now Yasuo is out of the meta, but a very fun champion to play. The current tank-meta pushes out Yasuo's risk-reward melee mid style out in favor of ranged-burst/sustain mages.
Kalista - A champion that everyone bitches at, but isn't often played. A kit that requires cooperation and mechanical skill to be played well, if you get stomped then it's a matter of skill. Just because you get stomped doesn't mean it's broken (annoying probably, but not broken).
Collabed Champs
Zed - Healthiest AD assassin, requires lots of skill for late-game play, but relatively easy to pick up (Unlike Bard, who is hard to pick up). Zed's kit is designed for running and gunning, which is easily played around in the current meta.
Zyra - Like many others on this list, fun to play - but not super viable.
Not a single one of those in top ten of highest winrates? checked Not a single one of those in top ten of lowest winrates? checked(Except for Darius in Ranked 5s)
I believe only two are in the highest popularity, Thresh and Yasuo. Meaning only a third of his designs are overtly present in games, 1/6th if you only count ranked.
Seriously getting tired of bashing just one guy who hasn't even made 15% of the roster on league. His unique designs bring a lot of life and excitement into the game, and even enable other older champs - don't say something is OP, when it might just frustrate you. (Hitbox complaints for are null, until Morgana and a dozen others are fixed.)
Don't act as if his designs are the Antichrist, when each idea probably was discussed internally by other devs. Instead focus on champion problems instead of the devs who are here to help balance and fix problems.
what is problem with certainly T's champs isnt their winrate
its the toxicity they bring to the table and the innate power of their kits
yasuo ... shield wrecked like 3 times (shield amounts got nerfed ... charge time got nerfed ... duration nerfed ... some were even nerfed more than once) 1 passive simply removed dash stackup cut in half ult range cut more than half q tweaked to be cast less frequently q cd scaling nerfed
effect ... yasuo maybe lost 1% winrate
thresh ... list will be longer ... effect is the same
kalista ... is still new but i think she will get her share soon (actualy she got one part of her passive already REMOVED the increased dash range when dashing backwards)
darius ... healthiest one but got nerf batted right after release ... now riot thinks how to make his concept work because thats just too broken to put into a game as it was made in the beggining and they think for like over a year so think about it
certainly T makes champions who have owerpowered kits that dont rely much on numbers and are unballanceable (either op or crap) also they dont offer that much player interaction for enemies to base themselves on max is with darius when a ranged enemy can kit him ... otherwise you can dream about coming close
kalista is very specific ... point and click hard cc but thats still insanely little compared to anything else
yasuo ? unload before he destroys you ... dodge 1k tornadoes to get hit by one and die (this is nidaele class counterplay ... a free spammable skill that can wreck you after one hit ... totaly fair) ... gets even better when his team brings the knockups because then you just cant deny him that ult
thresh is a support so he is weird... he can save his carry like a baus and you cant do much to deny a lantern next thing is that his hook has short cd if you ask me (and every thresh will get some cdr ... and it reduces when hitting something) so again its nidaele class spamm (fire away because the one that will land is the one that will bring you wictory)

Concerning Yasuo, without his shield would literally need to be given more health to compensate. It works because he's a squishy assassin, his dash only works on enemy and neutral unit (monsters). He plays a high-risk-high-reward, same as many other assassins who definitely better than him - since he's unplayable against any comp with a brain in ranked (having a steady 49% win-ratio, not including pick-ban ratio). Every other assassin has more potential than him to catch out an ADC, it's the glaring fact that squishies adcs/mages still attempt to duel a duelist and complain yasuo is toxic. Yasuo's ability to cast his tornado is easily dodged, and if not then you're underestimating your own opponent's ability.
I'm not gonna sit here and say I've never found Yasuo annoying, but he's fine and barely a threat if you starve him out, which is done with communication.
Thresh has literally tons of counters, and no scaling armor besides the "soul passive." His lowest CD on his hook is 6 seconds at rank five, which you should have at level 10 or 12. It's already mid-game, everyone's spells are often low CDs around that point. His hook at rank one? 20 second CD, as long as a Veigar Gate - with CDR runes, it's 19 seconds or more. If you argue that throwing Thresh hooks is effective, you have to realize it cost a bit of mana, so it's unwise to spam it.
Kalista has a 47-48% win ratio, despite being an "OP/Toxic" mess. She only has two offensive abilities, needs some decent communication to even be played. Currently popular ADCs destroy Kalista with their inherently long-range. Kalista has soft CC, a slow is soft CC and Kalista doesn't control her Oathsworns path during the ult, the person being ulted chooses where to go after they've been sucked in.
All his kits have relatively low numbers, and focus on scaling rather than base damage burst - all of them (except Darius) have a theme, weak early and strong mid/late. All his champions force enemies to play around or bully them, which cause inherently more exciting games - sorta like "live to get rich or die trying."
Complaining about innate power? Please look at gyspylord's work, only four champions (Vi, Jinx, Gnar, and Ekko) all of them are insanely used because their overt and dominating power and all of them are meta compared to CertainlyT's work. Yet here we are arguing about the toxicity of these unique champion kits, compared to four champions that constantly cause problems. It's not that their unbalanced, it's people trying shift their bad experiences in-game onto a developer. Focus on champion problems instead of the devs who are here to help balance and fix problems, if there are design problems - talk about them, don't bash the devs - be open, be polite and talk about it, instead of shifting all the games percieved problems onto one person.
The only thing you forget this champs all got nerfed at some point of the game. This is a very bad job from a champion designer. Also you called Darius healthy. Not strong because his late game is very very bad, but laning against hin especially with a meele is the worst nightmare. This is not healthy.

That says nothing about the design the champion designer did. All that says is that the champions released with numbers that were too high. That isn't a design problem, it's a balance problem. It's something live balance deals with, and it's their fault when champions are overpowered or underpowered. You can blame CertainlyT for Darius being unhealthy, but you can't blame him for Darius or Zyra or Thresh being OP on release.
The only champion he made with "minimal counterplay" was Darius, and that's only because he has mimimal plays to be made.

Darius is the champion with the highest counterplay he made, and the most weaknesses. He's actually the only healthy champion he made.

Darius when he had his full reset at release was absolutely not healthy. You'd see Darius players doing nothing but taking kills from their teammates because "XD I'M DOWN RIGHT DARIUS" when he doesn't utilize gold nearly as well as a more useful pick like Caitlyn, Vayne who don't have to rely on a conical grab to get their opponents where they can whale on them.

Yes, I must be bronze to know that Darius auto-wins any melee matchup that isn't cancer

, would like to have a word with you.
Thats not the case the problem is that designers make what the consider fun ... and dont give a crap about the game
hey a marksman who jumps all the time seems fun ... lets implement it into the game a support who can e both a tank and a carry ... on toip of scaling like nasus seems fun ... lets just push it into the game
there is no thought process invested into thinking whether the stuff wont break the game or will it be ballanceable ... they just push their crap on ballance team becuase fk those guys
