Boosters are on both teams though, so that's not exactly true. What is true is..... when you are versus one, the snowballs will come faster, harder, and in some cases be absolutely unstoppable.

For example, Graves smurfs in Silver will be 2-3 shotting tanks by 10 minutes in, and 1 shotting squishies, while barely taking damage at all.

What this basically means is:

More boosters = less self skill expression = you are going to more likely go 50% win rate than 48% or 52%, because there will be fewer games where your relatively good same elo skill play will have an impact on whether you win or lose, while you get half the smurfs.
