Remind me how riot punishes afks again?

Just got into a game with 2 people who consistently dc out of the start of games multiple times a day.

Check back on them a day or two later to find out they continue to dc out of games multiple times a day. As per usual report them both.

A week or two goes by and I get the SAME TWO PEOPLE in my game. Same patterns of dcing multiple times a day.

Remind me how riot enforces their rules for this again? Cause clearly not enforcing them very well.

If it was one or two times it happened. Sure. Whatever. Internet gets stupid sometimes. But they are managing it CONSISTENTLY over the course of multiple weeks.
