Annie/Tibbers idea

I was thinking maybe Tibbers can play both offensive & defensive role, likea sort of Protector. So with that in mind, maybe Tibbers gains item 3109 passive, where a portion of damage dealt to Annie will be redirected to Tibbers instead.

Edit: I can't believe people actually downvote as if Annie is an OP champ lol, less than 1/10 of a percent ban rate; or 9/10000 (ten thousand) bans

Haha I like the idea, but I’d rather see her E simply last longer with more ranks, even if it has to start with a lower duration. That way tank Tibbers could actually be a thing, without changing her itemization.
