You may think that Aatrox is seriously weak and underpowered but IS IT really an issue with Aatrox OR is it an issue with everyone else being too strong?
I suggest that you use Aatrox as the base and nerf everything to his level to make the game overall balanced.
I am seriously tired of team fights ending in 4 seconds cause damage is too damn high.

that's not how it works; if everyone is too strong relative to Aatrox then that means Aatrox is too weak
