You state the last guy is doing it wrong but at the moment you are making a very biased survey. Is your sampling pool really indicative of the entire league player base? I don't think so. Most people go to forums because they are upset with something.

A better survey would target random league players and be much more random than people clicking on this thread.

It isn't biased, its biased from your point of you because your answering the survey, so the survey is doing its job, there is nothing biased about the question, its asking something simple "are you satisfied"

It's not the question that is biased. It's the method of administering it. You're putting it on forums where a lot of people go because they are upset with something.

I'm just saying that the forums isn't indicative of the entire league player base and just a small vocal minority.

Now if it were given to just random lol players and not just forum posters than it would be more random and less bias.

Tried that on many occasions. only 2 out of 20 premades actually listened. The rest flat out ignored the rest of the team.

I'll ask why should I trust some stranger and waste my time typing when I have my friend on voice chat?

Bottom line is, premades are more likely to listen to their premades than a bunch of strangers even they know what they are doing.

Bam theres the problem. TRUST ISSUES. That leveled the playing field back before Dynamic. 10 randoms learning to trust each other to climb. Dynamic increases that and fucks up the system whole.

Now instead of 10 randoms learning, its now 2 randoms and a premade who would trust their premade members more than the Solos.

If a Solo makes a game winning call, chances are high that the premades won't listen. Why should they trust a solo?

If a premade makes a bad call, those premades will follow like sheep. "Hes my friend so I trust his call 100%".

That's what normals are for. If you don't have enough for ranked 5s, play normals. Feels wrong for solo players to lose their competitive ladder and the joy they get from climbing solo, just because others weren't satisfied with ranked 5s or normals.

Solo Queue wasn't removed because people were not satisfied with Ranked 5s and Normals. Solo Queue and Ranked 5s were both removed because Riot wanted them to be a single queue. Don't blame it on one group when both groups lost their queue.

That doesn't matter why it was removed, it does not justify pre mades of 5v5, 4v4, and 3v3 to be ranked on the exact same ladder, thats like for example, take a hypothetical foot race.

A person running the foot race solo, will have a harder time completing the race because he has to do the whole thing by himself. A three man team running the foot race will have a much easier time, because if one gets tired the other can take over. The problem with the race is that, THE THREE MAN TEAM IS BEING PLACED ON THE LADDER AGAINST THE SOLO, WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY IS THAT EVEN REMOTELY POSSIBLE

So what justifies premades of 2? Solo Queue was never actually a solo experience. This is the one thing people have yet to explain; why duo queueing was fine but three people is too much.

This isn't a race, it's a cooperative team game. Even if it was a race everyone would have to run the same exact distance. You can't just turn a distance race into a relay race just because you want to.

As it is right now the lower ranks are very similar to the old solo queue experience. The higher your rank the more cooperation you're required to show with your team. If you don't know how to play alongside a premade maybe you shouldn't be playing solo.

I didn't know solo players had fewer people on their team, I thought it was always 5v5

you didn't understand the basis of the response lol, the more coordination you have in this game, the more chance you have of winning, which is what pre mades give you.

AKA, the team with three people switching off if one gets tired, has a better advantage of winning the race first than the solo person who had to run the whole thing by himself.

It's like asking people walking into a restaurant if they like it. Most will say yes because they are the ones choosing to go to it. So you may get a 90% rate of people who like it but if you randomly survey people in the phone book you may get a very different outcome.

Exactly. It's not the fact that everyone playing Ranked is forced by its nature into Dynamic Queue, it's the fact that this survey is only being seen by people on the boards (which is a small and typically dissatisfied sample group compared to the whole). All the people NOT on the boards may actually be fine with DQ. As much as that would boggle my mind.

Chiming in here. Rather late, but I thought I'd say something in the interests of helping you with future surveys. You're not as good as Riot's survey folks. Here's why.

Your question is bad. You're tacking a qualifying statement onto the end of the question that is actually a completely separate question. It's entirely possible to agree with one and disagree with the other. Suppose I like dynamic queue because it lets me play with friends, but I think I should be rewarded less or get harder matchups for being in a premade than if I were solo, or if I like dynamic queue for when I have friends online but still want solo-queue too for when I don't. It also ignores the fact that you could duo-queue in the old solo-queue, so this is not really a new thing with Dynamic Queue.
Your sample is not representative. You're polling the forums, where people typically go when they're not happy about something. Your responses will be biased towards a negative answer as a result. Further, your thread is more likely to attract people who agree with you before they click on it - people who disagree will be far more likely to ignore it and thus not vote. So you're very heavily biasing your survey to get one particular answer by choosing a very limited, non-representative sample.
You are biased. It took you all of three replies to show you're biased. You have no real interest in getting any answer other than the one you agree with already, which means you have no interest in fixing the first two problems. The fact this is plainly visible even on the first page of replies is going to bias your responses because people who agree with you will go back up and vote while people who don't will just hit the Back button.
