OFFICIAL PETITION to change the champion name from "Nunu" to "Willump"

For those who dont know, Nunu is not a yeti. Nunu is the good for nothing freeloader on the yeti's back. The Yeti's name is actually Willump.

Considering Willump does 90% of the work, why is the champion named after the annoying kid on his back?

Who is the one smite+consume stealing your buffs away? Willump

Who is the one securing your objectives? Willump

Who is the one charging the ult in a bush? Willump

Who is the one giving that sweet sweet attack speed to your ADC? Willump

Who is the one laughing when you spam it on Nunubot? Willump

Literally the only thing Nunu does is throw the snowball and make bad jokes in his annoying voice. EVERYTHING else is Willump.

So this is my petition to change the name from the freeloader "Nunu" to the real star "Willump". Willump is doing all the work and gets none of the credit. Its time Willump gets the his dues. Its time he gets the spotlight.

Nunu controls Willump.

As an example, do people refer to racers by the cars that they drive, or the driver? Do people talk about Dale Earnhardt, or the Monte Carlo he drove? The car is the one accelerating, turning, braking, etc. He's just telling it what to do.

Nunu controls Willump.

Lol. The Summoner controls Nunu.

Well why do we refer to the champions by their names at all then when actually the Summoner is controlling them?

but when the summoner is well know, we do refer to the summoner instead of the champion.

Yeah.... scanning the boards for "X summoner is OP" "buff/nerf X summoner" "I main X summoner" "how to play against X summoner" threads.

Nunu invigorates himself and an allied unit...

Nunu begins to sap the area of heat...

Yes we are well aware it says "Nunu" because the champion is named Nunu. If it was changed to "Willump" ot would say Willump. If you read the lore, Nunu i just a normal kid who doesnt even have magic.

Yetis, on the other hand, are magical creatures. Blood boil is literally a reference to the notorious tempers of the Yetis.

Alllllllllllllllllllllllll Willump
