The problem with jungling roght now.

You took away a huge amount of Power from them, while also throwing more agency at them.

Sure. A jungler can have more impact now, due to dragons being so important, and rifts spawning more often now.

But you took away the power (exp) needed for us to really use that impact.

If our mid lane is behind, we cannot do dragon. The solo laner is SO MUCH stronger than us that we can’t even contest him. We get spotted. We die. Immediately.

The same goes for top and rift herald. Top laners are so far ahead of us by the time rift becomes a thought that if our top laner didn’t win his lane, we can’t even think of going for rift herald.

This is also ignoring that invades are so incredibly punishing. And ganking almost guarantees that we lose a camp or 3.

Junglers are just stuck in a limbo of having so much responsibility, but not having the power needed to justify the amount of it we have.

Seeing as my last one got taken down even though this is clearly gameplay related. This post is specifically talking about gameplay and the current state of 20% of players in a game and how they impact GAMEPLAY.

Yeah the whole thing is pretty wierd. Before, once you did a full clear you had like a minute to gank and back before camps start spawning again. Now the camps will start respawning as soon as you finish, so you either gank or risk getting behind the enemy jg. And if the gank isn't successful (meaning enemy laner survives, and you have to back), you get almost nothing out of it except allowing the other jg to grab your camps that have already respawned.

And even if you're the guy who takes the other jungler's camps because he chose to gank, taking those camps might put you ahead of the other jungler but you'll still be behind the solo laners.
