Ping spammers make pings in general become meaningless

Yep. Not intentionally, obviously. No one goes "oh hey this guy is spamming pings so if my good teammates ping something I'm going to ignore them as well because I'm pissed." But simply if you have to ignore the spam of a sensory input, your brain automatically classifies that input as background noise, negligible stuff. We NEED to prevent and counteract ping spamming, or meaningful pings become obsolete and carry no meaning anymore.

We NEED the ability to mute ping spammers.

We NEED to change the MIA ping so that it can't be used as a "?" anymore. Please, Riot.

yeah the most annoying spam is the "enemies are missing" ping.

However I don't mind the REAL enemies are missing if someone on my team does ping it 2-3 times whenever their lane match up is missing every 4-5 mins if they do indeed go "missing" however I'm seeing more and more "enemies are missing" pings from teammates for just about anything and everything.

You and someone on your team are the only ones alive vs 3 enemies with FULL HP and it's wise to just recall and have 1 person hold them off at nexus than no one. So you leave that 1 teammate out to dry"die" but it's a smart play all I ever see is the "?????????????????????????????????????????".

Die trying to make a play for your team when the score is 8-50 for the enemy team having the (50) but your teammates don't "approve" ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

?? ANNOYING!

Majority of pings are just noise anyway. What am I supposed to understand from a random blue ping o the map? Are we supposed to go there? Is it dangerous? Should we ward it?
