why should lux laser not show its hitbox to the opponent?

many long range aoe ability that has a delay cast time has a hitbox indicator that shows where it's gonna land, for example jinx's w, jhin's w (they are made by the same designer so bear with the name), vel's w&e(w shows hitbox before the rift actually opens), zigg's ult, etc. this is fair because it gives these abilities counterplays.

while lux's r is the only delay cast long range ability that i know so far which doesn't show its god damn hitbox if we dont count her "bugfixed" e. the indicator literally is about the width of a jhin w but it's actual width is like an ezreal ult.

this is not a lux qq thread, i am not afraid of facing a lux, but some quality of life change will be very nice especially her e's hitbox is already invisible to the opponent(with it being able to detonate before it lands, 's pretty much an aoe instant dmg that can be threw from a far distance if the lux played right.)

It's an older ability, that's basically why.

I don't know if they want to update it, but it would be helpful against her considering it's up so often and she's pretty strong right now.

it's hitbox tbh is decently wide, for anybody who doesnt have a gapcloser/burst of mocementspeed there is obly a very small windowto get out of it. they should at least know how far they need to walk through, like the difference of one teemo=u need to flash or nah. it's only fair when the opponent has the aknowledge of lux's hitbox.

It shows that red mist thing.

what i am saying is the indicator is way too small compare to its actual hitbox(both in length and wodth)
