Any plans for Bard?

Even though he's in a somewhat decent place right now, his health packs are really clunky and, well, pretty useless past the first 2 minutes of the game. Any plans to make his W stand out more?

They could double the heal on W and it would still be under powered.

I disagree with this post. I use bard a lot and i believe that his health packs (with and without blooming) are very great end-game. I am pretty much a bard top lane main right now and i don't build a lot of HP on him with the exception of the rod of ages, but i feel as though his healing scales great end-game and i don't think it needs any work as of right now.

Bard scales excellently throughout all stages of the game.

If you're more set on his healing being more effective, get AP per level glyphs instead of MR. Then it'll scale even better.

Main reasoning for me saying it works great is well..It empowers after 10 seconds. Being able to have 3 230 + 45% AP healing shrines in a line? You're healing someone for over 690+135% AP in a matter of how long it takes them to run over 3 shrines. That..Seems like pretty good scaling to me, don't you think? The matter is that most inexperienced Bard players don't plan ahead and put the shrines in important places for teamfights..They just press W on an ally and waste 75% of its potential most of the time. There's a time and place for when you need to use it immediately on a champion, and a time when it needs to be 3 in a line, ready to heal someone who's just been ignited/set on fire by Brand (Just a broad example).

Along with that..a 50% movement speed boost is REALLY good for giving someone the speed to get away on critically low health, or avoiding a incoming skillshot, or forcing a player to dedicate for someone they WON'T kill.

Yeah..His kit scales perfectly with the pace of a game -- so long as he's given also the chance to collect chimes. This is coming from a guy who's been playing Bard since his release on PBE, and been playing him for ranked for a long while now..I've got upwards of 400, 500 games on him from PBE/live client.
