His Q is the last thing you should max, which means that by the time you put two points on it as to benefit from this mana change, you have enough mana as to not care that much anymore. He suffers from mana costs in the early stages of the game and you kept his Q mana cost exactly the same with one point. So yay I guess. Way to "show some love" for Taric as you stated in the Patch notes.

And showing love to taric would inquire changing his ult into something more useful, as it stands his ult is next to useless . I mean if his stun granted movement speed self buff that would be legit . if his ult had some sort of cc , enemy stat debuff , or not the stat penalty that team mates gain . but this is a pitiful thing riot has done for taric
