New item ideas for Bami's Cinder and Brutalizer and Phage

New item Name: Fire Punch or [insert name here] Cost: 2700 Build path item 3751 +item 3134 Stats 40AD 300hp 10%CDR Unique Passive: Every time you deal damage to an enemy you burn them for 100% of their armor and Magic ressist. (Max damage 300 magic damage)

This mean that if someone have 50 armor and 50 magic ressist you would deal to him every time you deal damage with your basic attack or skills an extra 100 magic damage. The max damage is for cases that people have damage over time so the damage to not going crazy AKA Garen E can deal to a target with 50 armor 50 mr over 1000 extra magic damage so that why the max damage is 300!

Now the numbers may be strong and they may need some tune down!! But i believe that this 2 items need a new item to build into! and i believe that riot can create something like this item and to balance it! But i believe that this item is not that much strong special with the max damage cap!!

My second idea is a bit more unbalanced but it may work

New item Name: [insert name here] (Yeah i dont have a name for it :P) Cost 3000 Build Path item 3751 +item 3044 Stats 25AD 500HP Unique Passive: Every time you hit someone with your BASSIC attack you set them on fire dealing to them 10 (+3 per lvl) and steal from them 15% move speed. Unique Active: For the next 5 seconds your Bassic attack set your target on fire and around the target on 300 AOE radius and making the ground benith burning that deals 100 magic damage for the durration (5 seconds) 20 seconds Cooldown

The Active work like that

Your bassic attack deals the damage of your Unique Passive on the target and on the targets that are around the target that you hit! Additional The ground around the target is burning to deal extra 100 magic damage every second for 5 seconds Which mean that the first target that you hit is not effect from the burning ground but any enemy on the AOE they will get the burning from your unique passive and from the burning ground!

Not really seeing what the purpose of the first item is. What niche is it trying to fulfill? It also would need a lot of coded exceptions to prevent abuse as you mentioned with Garen. Not to mention it punishes the enemy for building defense, and defense already has it bad enough since offense general out-scales it.

The second one is basically a superior Frozen Mallet, and there's a reason FM is kept in an awful spot: The passive is too good. The stats are pretty handy too, but the main draw is the slow on-hit. Land one hit and assuming no further interruptions, basically becomes a perma-slow. The biggest reason it doesn't see play often is because it has an awful build path. Unless you are snowballing very hard, there are items with better more immediately useful effects than FM's. (Rylai's at least you have to use spells, although the DoT slow needs nerfed to at least not last the whole duration.)

Well if you play against a malphite or rammus or anything else you will have that item that would deal some extra magic damage~!

Plus i have already make the damage to be capped at 300 magic damage so garen would not deal more than 300 magic damage! (The cap damage can be tuned down that not a big issue)

The second item is like frozen fist but the fire version! and i have put a 15% MS STEAL not slow so its not that much powerful! blue smite steals 20% MS!

blue smite steals MS when you use it (and you pay for it by losing out on smite if you need to quickly secure an objective shortly after)

This item steals MS when you auto attack, not much of a tradeback.
