The damage problem.
You realize that damage is a problem when 
can miss his ult and e but be cause he landed a q, w ignite, you're dead.
I can already see where people will take this thread. I'm not picking on , just using him as an example.

Yeah he's not the only one, but that's kind of the point of URF. It's about champions doing nutty damage. I'd rather just not see people building 5 IE's on Garen and still being Tanky. I mean it's rather ridiculous.
For a second, I thought you were going to bring up how malphite is forced to build AP because going tanky doesn't work well enough for him in norms.
