Can Nashors Tooth work on Kennen? I have tried it and to be honest the only use I found from it was the CDR and attack speed but can it be viable as a core or situational?

If you can continue to poke from the back of a team fight. there is no doubt that you actually can just be almost a second adc, with an ability to go into an enemy team fight with E-ult-
. but do realise this requires you yo get in close enough that an enemy adc could hit you. Also, If you get focused picking on a tank in a team fight, 
isn't tanky enough to take a skillshot stun and get brutally focused by a larg number of enemies.
summed up. does it work on him. yes. Is it powerful enough to be a core item? no. does it have draw backs? abso-fucking-lutely.
