Garen should auto generate W stacks /time spent in game for example 20-25 min ascension should mean max stacks 30/30 resisists
nothing to stack on but heroes, i killed 15= 8 resists of 30 ,thats all
why garen QoL ESPECIALLY? well his W has a limit unlike nasus /sion stacking
i wonder why they had to destroy his W by making it stackable ,instead of 20% resists like it was and poppy has on W

Critmaster Garen1 votesthey didnt "destroy" his w. youd have to stack 150 armor and mr from items to get the same benefit out of the % bonus as from the flat stack mechanic.
not only does it take far longer to stack up those resistances with the % mechanic, but it locks his build down to very specific defensive items. it leaves him with practically no choices in itemization.
