Okay okay i know a chroma barely takes any design time, but every time i check LoL's most recent new i'm disappointed to never see a skin for one of my favorite champions

When Lunar Lux was released Riot said something about choosing Lux because she was the only champion that fit the theme idea (empress) that did not have a skin already coming out this year. To me, this implies because I thought she would have been a much better candidate than Lux for a lunar empress.
