Indirect Kalista buff?

So, with the changes to BotRK, I tend to think that it's a strong buff to Kalista. Seeing how her core build is BoRK, Hurricane and Berserker Greaves, there was often the problem that she would have a lot of attack speed so that she won't make full use of her passive hopping. Now that the attack speed is reduced, it doesn't seem it will make much difference to her, at least later in the game, since now the extra attack speed is gone, in favor of more AD and lifesteal, that Kalista probably needed a lot, especially the AD. More damage on AAs, more damage on her E.

Along with the buff to Fervor last patch, the smoothness of her E and the nerfing of other popular ADs, is it safe to say that Kalista would be getting more into the higher tiers? The slow on BorK's active wasn't a necessary tool for her, since she could gap close easily onto an enemy, whereas the active damage isn't a big deal. The heal isn't a big deal as well, since the lifesteal is now bigger. I think that Kalista is getting indirectly buffed and could see play.
