Really annoyed at the lack of clarity regarding disenchanting skin shards

So a lot of people got screwed by not disenchanting our Skin Shards before their value went way down for no reason. What annoys me the most is the lack of clarity telling us to do so before the patch. There were plenty of warnings to disenchant champ shards, which I did. The decision to disenchant Skin Shards, however, was not very clear.

Let me show you something from the official FAQ

The only part that tells you to disenchant skin shards is labeled under "BLUE ESSENCE". Why on earth would you do this? Not only that, but even the bolded part only refers to generic "shards" and "essence". To top it all off, not once in the entire atricle did you ever even mention "orange essence". You're really cant understand how there would be confusion here?

I lost nearly 5k OE because of this and I can tell you I am not happy. I really cant fathom that you 'accidentally' labeled the only part talking about orange essence as "BLUE ESSENCE"

With the rest of these changes overall I can tell you you've made me and a ton of others quite angry.
