Just thought of an unusual interaction with the new Items

Yeah. I know they aren't AP, but we have always had a few AD items that work on Teemo.

And the Stormrazor and new Essence Reaver BOTH seem cater made for the little Rat because of their new passives:

"After you cast your ultimate, your next basic attack within 10 seconds grants you Essence Flare for 8 seconds (30 second cooldown). Essence Flare: Gain 30% attack speed, and basic attacks refund 20% of your remaining non-ultimate cooldowns."

UNIQUE Passive: When you critically strike, gain 25% attack speed and 8% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.

In other words...... You can create a 80% Attack speed monster with 8% move speed boost out of these two items, that constantly resets his Q (Blind), W (Move speed bonus doubling), and if you're good at it, you can also add Presence Of Mind, and possibly Ultimate Hat.

As long as you can land shrooms, your spam abilities will just generate URF style blinds, and your ult's on such a small cooldown, that you can frequently use it.

And ofc, just because you build 2 AD items, doesn't mean you have to not get ...

I mean..... I could make the Essence Reaver work on to shotgun even faster, but Teemo's probably more in line due to how much he actually auto attacks.
